i bought mine from butler because it seemed like the best deal at the time. that was 3 years ago, so there might be others out there now offering a better value.

I think Tin Indian Performance has kits also.

I use the one from GZ Motorsports http://www.gzmotorsports.com/ . I told them to keep the mandrel though and bought the one that Tin Indian sells. Has worked great now for 3 seasons.

When I bought mine, I dealt with Tin Indian. They have a nice mandrel setup (from Aerospace Components, I believe). They also have a bracket that bolts to the Pontiac head for the pump.
I use the Moroso 3 vane pump. Gives me about 12 in of vacuum at the top end.

They have one for the Pontiac. Go to the "Complete Racing Vacuum Pump Kits" page. Look down to the " Design Your Vacuum Pump Kit" section. At the very bottom they list Pontiac as "BBP". I got the passenger side head mount kit. It worked out pretty well. If you would like I can post few pics when I get back Monday from the division 3 finals at Indy this weekend. I called and talked to Greg (the owner) and had him do away with the mandrel and give me a little credit. I didn't like the way it mounted using a 6"+ bolt to hold the mandrel and the balancer in place. The one Kevin sells at Tin Indian (Aerospace Components) bolts to the balancer and has several different thickness shims to align the pulleys perfectly. It worked out real well although it ended up costing a little more than just buying the whole kit from GZ.
