Default Instrument cluster switch installation template for Fader and Power Antenna switches?

Were these ever a dealer-installed option? Or were all switches like these installed at the factory so no template ever provided?

I'm going to start drilling into my instrument cluster, and I've got Pecos' picture and pix of plenty other cars' switches (like the Riverside and Hurst GeeTO cars that Mecum was selling at Kissimmee this year), so I can just eyeball it if necessary. Basically it's just lining up between the guage pods, and positioning it properly set back from the cluster lip, but with the AC control panel being bigger/wider than non-AC cars I hadn't seen an antenna switch to confirm alignment with that panel (it looks like it will sit a bit in front of it).

Thanks for any thoughts/ideas! And well, here's a pic of my car to enjoy while reading this post.
