1967 GTO negative battery cable attachment to the engine
The negative cable ground attachment to the engine: should the cable's metal end be bent 90 degrees? That is what I was told. However, the Ames replacement cable has an end that is straight. Any ideas as to whether to use the cable as is, or bend it 90 degrees? It's a small detail but I want to get it right and photos of this area are hard to find.

Factory was 90 degrees at the LH cylinder head bolt stud.
