Our 68 Catalina is going through voltage regulators, one about every 2-3 weeks. I put on new- distributor, coil, cap, rotor, alternator, battery, and the regulator still goes bad. Any help would be great. Thanks

Convert it to an internal regulator alternator and you wont have to fix it again for quite some time. Mine used to go out in under a year wait three days to get another. Not anymore.

Any later model alternator will work but it must be rewired and I am not the guy to tell you how to do it. I took mine to an elec shop they charged me $45. You can buy a lifetime warranty alternator for about the same price as the regulator. No more headlites bright then dim much more reliable.
