Hello. I have a '69 Catalina convertible that needs a new dashpad. I have access to one from a '68 Bonneville, and am wondering if they are the same? I know that the Catalina and Bonneville were very similar. If this won't fit, what other dashes WILL fit my car, or is another '69 Cat dash my only option? Thanks for any help.

'68 will definitely not work. I'm pretty sure '70 will work, but that would be it. Joe

Is your pad itself in fair condition. If yes, try J.C. Whitney, they had a dash cover to cover the old one. They work fine, I have one on my 79 Catalina. It sure is a lot nicer not to have to look out over the old cracked one.

I don't know if you may be interested, but I saw a dashpad for your car at this website: http://www.frankspontiacparts.com/id49.htm . I know nothing about him, but he shows a nice one for $250.00. Joe
