it is typical used and includes the rag joint and intermediate shaft.
It is Blue and the wheel is sticky and covered with a cheap wrap.
Best Feature...includes a working key!!!!!

I think it's worth $150 cash and carry.
I would wrap the wheel with Wheelskins leather and call it done.
