There is a number next to the build date. 03E218 is how it reads

03E is March 5th week.

What is 218?

Trim code is 257 above the date . 72 Carousel Red Paint

BT is plant code for Arlington TX

I think it's a number used for Fisher body use, probably something like assembly line position of the car when going down the line.
(for tracking purposes mainly if they find line/assembly problems later)

I have about 40 1969 Arlington trim tag photos and they all have a three digit number. I can't detect any pattern the numbers vary from 030 to about 750. Maybe it was a daily sequence number? Bear in mind it would be a fisher body number not a pontiac number since the trim tags related to the dog house build only.

That would be my guess as well.

Also - keep in mind that the full sequence number is six digits but usually only the last two or three are referenced.

Ie: 123456 might be shown as "456" or simply "56".

In this case all the ones I have are all three digits (i.e. under one hundred starts with "0").
