1969 Pontiac OHC 6 4BC "Sprint" engine.
Running Engine.
1969 Pontiac OHC 6 Sprint. Engine numbers and codes all check out. Prepped and primed with fresh oil. PSI GOOD. Installed non-correct starter. Replaced water pump with correct 1969 one-year-only pump. Fuel pump Good, Incorrect Carb. Carb is not drawing fuel. Not sure I'll dig further into it. Harmonic Balancer is not the correct "Sprint" piece but causes no issues as is. Fires right up with no smoke, Leaks, or loud chatter. The exhaust heat gate not frozen moves freely. This little engine is perfect for your project and waiting for you. I thought I might hang onto this one but decided it's not something I need so offering it up for sale. What you see is that I have to offer no additional parts for this engine. $1000.00 Buyer assumes all shipping/pick-up responsibilities.
