Ball park...$500?

You are basically buying a block & crank (with some accessorries)

The heads are likely too large CC to use in a performance build...

What is the block stamp code & head cast?

I am selling it. Would probably include a set of 6X-4 heads with it.

6x-4 heads go for around $100-150 in good rebuildable condition and 455 engines range from $500 and up depending on condition and stampings.

Default 455 Value

If not in a rush, here in Michigan you can score used running 455 for $200 to $500. If in rush price is exactly what 68 says.
