You can see what it came with at that site. Both PHS option sheet and the original buildsheet (in remarkable condition I might add).

The only non-factory option that was added on during the rotisserie frame off restoration was the hideaway headlamps. NOT a cheap add on I can tell you that! Hideaways though are a must IMO. Other than that, its just as it was ordered back in 1969.

Does anybody know what the brown ram air iv Judge sold for at the Kruse auction yesterday?

It sold for $98k. Not bad for a solid #2 numbers matching fully restored/turnkey car. I believe that it was purchased by a 40-ish multi-millionaire.

I should have mentioned that the $98k includes the $7k buyer premium that goes to Kruse. So, did the car sell for $91k, or $98k? You be the judge (no pun intended).

I'll Judge it at $98k. That's a good healthy sell price. Good news for the GTO folks or I guess it could be bad news if your looking to buy one.

I have a documented 1970 RAIV Judge that I am selling at the Russo and Steele auction in Scottsdale tomorrow. It is a 4spd car and has a SR block in it. I found some original comfortweave vinyl (GM called it knitted vinyl) and had the inserts redone. Other than that, the interior is all original. The engine was balanced and blueprinted and is pretty radical. I'll try and post what it sells for in a couple of days. By the way, I am taking a chance and selling it with no reserve. We'll see what happens.

Any results from the RA IV Judge at RS auction?

Muscle cars seemed to be a side show at BJ except for anything Chrysler or Ford built. Was the RS auction more Pontiac friendly?

My car was supposed to run at 7:00 Saturday night and it didn't go through until 10:30. Most of the guys that were interested in the car had left by then. It sold for $81000 plus the buyers premium. RS had pretty much nothing but muscle cars. I had a black convertible w/Hurst wheels and red fender liners with parchment interior that was rotisserie restored and the high bid was $47,500. I didn't sell it. I had a 67 Hardtop that is as nice as any I have seen and loaded with bucket seats w/headrests, pwr antenna, F/R speakers, Shoulder belts, etc. It is numbers matching too and it was supposed to run at 10:00 Friday night. They left it parked outside the check in gate so it didn't run through the auction. Some cars were bringing good money and some weren't. Nothing like the crazy money at B-J though.

justgoats: What were some of the options on your RA IV Judge? I read somewhere it was green. What color green, and do you have any pictures to share? Love to see what condition the car was in. Sounds like good money for a complete NOM car. Where all the goodies there?

It is a Palisade Green car. Originally came with a black vinyl roof (I didn't put the vinyl roof back on). It had all original RAIV components including all the sheet metal parts for the engine. Options it had included 4spd tranny, 3:90 rear, white wall tires, rear window defroster, pass through ventilation, AM radio, black interior. I replace the seat inserts on the passenger seat with NOS comfortweave material I found but other than that, the interior was all original including the wood wheel. All the body panels were aligned to fit perfectly. It is a very nice car. I still don't know who bought it.
