Default Spark plugs

Which spark plugs is everyone running in the OHC 6? I have always used copper champions, but was wondering if there is something better out there for performance. Any value to platinum or iridium? How about e3-just a novelty?

I've been running the Autolite AP64's for a while now and it seems to like them.
