Default '65 Trunk Color

Looking for the formula for the Dark Blue, Green Gray trunk color. Also called Turquoise.

PPG: DX-1757, DuPont: 389-256, Rinshed Mason: 838

I understand not all A-Bodies had that color in the trunk but some did. It's one of those paint codes that isn't listed on PaintRef.com, but it's on the PPG chip card. DX-1758 was used on other years and Oldsmobiles, seems like it would be close enough since it's only 1 digit different.

This would be used as a "base color", then a spatter applied on top, and finally a flat clear.

Parts Place sells the best trunk paint - they have both colors. 65's came with the gray.
