Default Seat belt bolts torque specs

Does anyone know the torque specs for the seat belt bolts for a 65 GTO? These are non-retractable belts. Thank you. Any help appreciated.

No real need for a torque spec here. Just add some blue thread-lock and snug them down nice & tight.

Just be sure to be aware of the feel; too much and you can strip out the embedded nut in the floor and it’s starting over time.
