With a blown car you need a well prepped track big time also, lol!

The cars got to much gear. 3:73 Going to a 3:23 so it won't run out of steam.
Car went 11:15 @ 119:23 right off the trailor, Slowed to a 11:24 2nd run.
So I just loaded it on the trailor till I change the gear. Did have fun though.

That's a little disappointing but glad you still had fun! Thanks for the update.

This was a test and tune type of thing?

You know there is no rule that you have to run it all out for the full 1/4 mile?

I'd have tested to the 1/8th mile lights at least.
Could go to the 1000' even.

Just keep track of the times and improvements to there, then coast the rest of the way.

Or try just launches to get the hang of that?
(330' times even)

That's probly what I should have done but I'm trying to get the car
ready for Drag Weekend and I'm running out of time.
I thought the car would pull all the way true the 1/4 with no problem.
Live and learn huh.

I'm also going to go to a 3:08 gear instead of the 3:23.

29x10.5 The best that I could see was between 6000-6500.
Had a lot of converter slippage. I changed that and haven't
been back to the track yet. I'm gona take her out to are
local test spot that we have marked of to get an Idea if it'll
pull all the way through the 1/4. I know the coverter made
A big difference.
