What's the difference between exhaust tips with and without a resonator?
Also, anyone know if the Hooker splitter tips fit in the opening for a 70 GTO? They are cheaper than the repros and look the same to me. Thanks. "The Humbler is here, this is the way it's going to be baby!"

A resonator tip has a small muffler pack inside of it, I have a pair of split resonator tips on my 70 GTO along with turbo mufflers. They look good but they dont look stock because the openings have muffler chambers in them making the inside of the pipe smaller. Mine are monza tips I think and they fit the openings good, not sure about the hooker ones. Hope this helps some.
GR-RRR!
