77 Can AM in CA at $7500 BIN. NM with some rust. Doesn't run but looks like it's all there. Claims to have a rare power sun roof and at $394 for the option that's probably true.

71 Formula Firebird in NY at $8500 NR. No interior, but includes the NM engine and trans. Looks super rust free which will save a lot of money in the long run.

A diamond in the (very) rough 67 Firebird 400 4-speed convertible in NY at $8500 NR. Missing the original engine and now has a YC code 455. I would assume a donor car would be required to bring it back, but it sure would be beautiful in Linden green with a black interior and top.

I don't typically post cars with a reserve, but for every 50 $50K restomds you'll come across, you'll find one of these. Unmolested 68 Firebird CA black plate car in Nevada at $2500 with a reserve. 2BBL 350 automatic car with no special options, but with the original paint and a rust free CA body this is a real gem with what appears to be 80K miles.

67 GTO convertible in SC at $10K BIN. Originally blue/blue 4 speed car now has an automatic and a missing engine. Extensive rust which is too much IMO, but it is a real convert with PB and a power top (that looks like it's been down for decades), so there's that.

80 T/A 301 turbo that runs in Georgia. I own an 80 T/A WS6 and those WS6 cars were Car and Driver's best handling in 1979... not sure what this car has regarding options, but the rust doesn't look too bad. Off the road since 1990. Good base for a project at NR $5500.

77 Trans AM SE in Oklahoma missing the engine/trans (was a 4-speed car) at $1K NR. Sounds like it comes with more than $1K in parts.

68 Firebird 400 convertible 4-speed project car. No engine or transmission in Las Vegas at $1K with a reserve. Claims to have a lot of parts and the rust repair is done. Won't ship this, so if you lived in Nevada it may be worth a look just to see if you could swing a deal. The placement of the rear wheel to the opening looks concerning, but it may be a frame off and not bolted down?

69 Firebird 400 HO convertible 4-speed dealer car in Michigan at $76K with a WQ engine that isn't original. I don't think it's worth that much, but these are rare and inflation is a thing and there are people with money, so that's just MHO. On a car like this I wouldn't have gone the 4WDB route, but I understand. I also would have stuck with stock wheels, though the 17's are prolly required with the 4WDB. The speakers in the back seats and the air cleaner and valve covers are also things I would have done on a car like this. Don't get me wrong, it's nice, just not $76K nice.

I like it too, but mistakes were made IMO. I own a 69 Firebird 350 HO Palladium silver 4-speed that's had the frame off (needs a lot of work). If I did all the restomod stuff on it, that's what it would be, which is what I consider this car to be. If I make it stock, which I will do, it'll be worth more. If I wanted a car like this I'd start off with a plain Jane 69 convert and modify it. I dunno... cars like this are so rare I, as a Pontiac purist, would rather see them in factory stock form. /2 cents

84 Firebird in Connecticut with 61K miles and new tires at $8900 BIN. That's a lot of car for less than $9K. I miss my T-Top T/A.
