1974 455 Recurved Points Distributor 1112513
Here is a nice 1974 455 points distributor (3G26 date - July 26 1973) that was recurved and checked out by Rocky Rotella about 15 years ago. It was in such nice shape it didn’t need new bushings and looked so clean that it was photographed and featured in one of Rocky’s books.
I ran it for probably a few tanks of gas before removing it during some troubleshooting (distributor wasn’t at fault) and then storing it away in plastic bag. This distributor was used to trigger an MSD 6A box so the points are still pristine. I sold the car before getting a chance to reinstall this distributor and was keeping it around as a spare.
