Default Almost out of Pontiacs...

After giving away my '03 SSEi and '98 GTP to family members in the last year, yesterday I sold my '79 TATA. That leaves me without a T/A for only the second time in 35 years.

I'm left with the '67 GP convertible in my signature, and a couple of 455s with associated parts. I'm feeling adrift without a nice Poncho to drive!

Agreed!

My bird sat for 15 years with only minor work done to it. It took getting rid of my other cars to finally get it finished.

Sometimes you reach a point in life where you have other, bigger priorities.
The only reason I’m keeping my Camaro and TA is sentimental.

Good point, Brad. The silver T/A just never did anything for me; my first several were all black and gold. I have more sentimental attachment to the '67 Cutlass convertible my dad and I built together, and I get a bigger grin from my daily driver CT6-V. I've always loved the Pontiacs, though - I don't know if I'm ready to let go completely (even though the '67 GP would be a massive project).

Boy, isn’t that the truth. When you’re young, all the drive and ambition for these projects but no money. You get older and have the financial means, but not the same drive and ambition.

As someone who has cars stashed everywhere, I can certainly appreciate the freedom that comes with going down to one or two cars- even if they are projects

I agree with your sentiment, but the problem is trying to figure out which ones to get rid of.
