Selling two used Pontiac H/O D port bare exhaust manifolds. I believe these to be original manifolds and not repro’s – they have been in storage for 30+ years. No visible cracks or chips. These are bare exhaust manifolds – no studs, bolts, nuts, flanges or gaskets.

Left exhaust manifold 9791637 GM3. 5 head mounting holes and 2 collector mounting holes. The collector mounting hole threads are intact and not stripped. Collector opening is about 2 3/16 inches. According to the Pontiac MPC fits 1968 400 Ram Air and 1969 GTO 400 Ram Air III engines.

Right exhaust manifold 977642 RH2B. 5 head mounting holes and 3 collector mounting holes. The collector mounting hole threads are intact and not stripped. Collector opening is about 2 3/16 inches. The collector housing is drilled for a heat riser valve, which is missing, but the thermostatic spring tang is intact. According to the Pontiac MPC fits 1967 T/8 400 HO or Ram Air engines, 1968 T/8 Ram Air XP and XS engines and 1968 T/8 400 HO WS and YZ engines.

Both exhaust manifolds probably fit other Pontiac engines and years but do your homework

FOB cost of the exhaust manifolds is $400 plus shipping and insurance. Shipment will be by UPS ground from La Grange, Texas, zip 78945 – I typically ship the Wednesday after payment received. Can also be picked up in La Grange or in Houston, zip 77061 to avoid the shipping cost.

Total weight of exhaust manifolds is about 31.6 lbs - total weight of exhaust manifolds plus and packaging is about 41 lbs. Manifolds will ship via UPS ground in a heavy duty carton 18 x 18 x 24 and will be well packed. UPS will need to know if delivery address is a residence or business.
