Default flushing the radiator tranny fluid tank

i need to flush the radiator tranny fluid tank. radiator is out of the vehicle. is there an easy way to do this ? i was going to pour in some fresh fluid and flush it LOW air pressure. in the bottom line and out the top. keep repeating as needed ?
or should i wait until i get the car running and use the trans pump for flushing like i found in other posts thru search. trans and engine are both brand new and not been run yet. of course i would have to break in the engine with no fluid in the trans that way. bad ?

You can buy an aerosol can of transmission flush. I use them at my shop.
DO NOT RUN THE MOTOR WITH NO FLUID IN THE TRANS!!
