Line of Credit?
i am trying to get a$ 400 internet loan to help buy neighbors' truck and cant seem to get one ,but one place is offering me a 800$ line of credit,,i have seen some vids about it, but still not sure how it works, anyone know for sure?

Sounds fishy to me. I would find a friend or relative that would loan me the $400.

See if your neighbor will work with you. Maybe he will take a little less or allow you to make payments on the $400.
