77 T/A in El Paso for $13.5K OBO. Great price for a real T/A that isn't full of rust., but the bondo flares may be hiding something?

Too much IMO and would have looked better in its stock form, but man that interior rocks. 67 Firebird in Connecticut at $47K BIN with what I think are Chevy rims. Engine prolly has the 2BBL cam and rear end to go with it.

68 400 Firebird at $7500 BIN in Ohio. Scary rusty, but if it's the original engine and it runs, there's that.

69 Firebird convertible in Missouri at $1K with a reserve. Seeing of pictures of the frame-off make me cringe at how bad the body must have been. Seller claims to have $35K in it with body, aftermarket frame and 4 wheel discs, but that's it.. no drivetrain. Comes with a 69 T/A front end so it's an awesome car to start a 69 T/A clone, but the kicker is the asking price. My gut feel it'll be too much, because most of the money spent was on bodywork. If I started this project on my 69 convert that does need quarters, I could be finished with paint with that much money. I don't like the flat firewall either, but those kind of mods cost a lot.

The rusty McCrusty award now has a new front runner. 69 4-speed with hide-A-ways GTO in Louisiana at BON $11K OBO with the drive train. I've never seen a hood worse than this.

Sold for $40.7K. I'm shocked at how low that was for this car. A 64 tri-power convertible in mint condition. Just wow. |
