Default Powered steering pump cap

Has anyone been successful at finding material to make a new gasket for the power steering pump cap for the 1967 GTO? All I can find is cork or paper gasket material and it's all too thin, and I want rubber. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if there are differences in appearance or if originality is a strong factor here, but why not just buy a new cap? They're around $10.
