The size in the post is limited by the forum.

Here's a pic of my triple black '71 'vert 455 D-port car (white top is temporary):

The phone? I really dont know, I belive its afternarked but havnt really bother so much about it. Yes the car is actually a driver so it is in good condition, but it has been stored in a concrete building that the water has penetrated trough the roof, and the acid has destroyed the allready lousy paint job even more. The reason that i say lousy paint job is due to the fact that one can see big grinding roses of the underlayiong layers. They didnt seal it of good enough.
Anyway I will tear it down. And I will be glad for any help, so please post pictures of your own car and so on.

Chief: That is one nice ride!

Roar: I was mistaken by the phone option in 71. I went back and looked at the article, and it said "rear seat headphone option". Looks vintage!

When I have a big file I use my photobucket account to copy the "IMG" code, and paste it up on PY post reply using two open internet windows. You can also reduce image size by using " MS Paint" in strecth command lower the % in both directions to reduce image size below 300.

ROAR,
I was the original owner of a '71 455 HO convertible. If my memory is correct you could get a standard 455 OR a 455 HO and all HO's were ram air with functional hood scoops.
Mine was a 4 speed (M22 rock crusher), Cardinal Red, White top and black interior

In 1971 Ram Air was optional on the HO cars. In 1972 however, it was a mandatory "option". In both years, Ram Air was available on HO cars ONLY.

Hm why? Not sure if I will give out that kind of identifiaction about the car on the net. I dont want somebody to misuse the vin number or the document for that matter.I know whats standing in my garage and I dont have to prove it to the whole word.

Block out the VIN if you want. I just wanted to see the option list.
You can find practically all of my PHS documents for my cars on this site, by the way.DW

Ok, well I quess I can do that. But no scanner at home so give me couple of days. Hope you understand why I try to protect the identity of the car.

BTW the tiltwheel option is wrong, I have som many cars so I listed it out of old habitt.
(got 3 more gtos myself here pluss some couple of other cars).
One of the other GTOs is a number matching 68 drht HO car project car.

BTW I read your car list. Quite impressing. One of my other cars is a 69 GTO ragtop with a ram 4 engine in....
