Default '02 GP WIPER JAMMED (1)

Hello all,
During a winter storm a while back while upstate, I came out in the morning to find the wipers jammed with ice & sn*w. Thought I got it all cleared sufficiently but the pass wiper got stuck as the driver side broke loose & started working. Now the pass wiper doesn't work (D'OH!). Guess I should've just left them both jammed so the breaker would've tripped (haha)? Have I FUBARed something spendy or is this fixable w/o replacing any $$ parts? Thanks in advance.

Some wiper linkage is snap together, so something could've popped off under the pressure. Have seen the post the arm goes on stripped.

If you do need parts, the bone yards should have plenty.
Down here, that's the kind of parts junk yards seldom sell, just no need for them.
A year ago they'ld just about give them to you, NOW? just have to ask.
