Default wiper motor power

I have a new wiper motor, have power at the fuse box location for the wipers. fuse is fine does not blow the fuse.

yet I have no power to the wiper switch or out at the motor?

what am i missing? wiring is my weak link. ugh

U have a wiring diagram to post ....??
If the bulk head connector has been apart make sure you Have good connection between the two halves
If u have power on both sides of the fuse I would think there is a feed to the motor or the switch out of the bulk connector....
Diagram would be nice to see...
I have a 73 wonder if it's the same?...

Don't know what year you have but on the older cars the wiper switch GROUNDS the wiper circuit.
