Vent window channel weatherstrip
Assembling my vent windows & am wonder if those of you have have changed the channel seal, & left the original lower section. Seems it was built that way on purpose, maybe to allow the window to roll up/down easier? The replacement is full length, but I am planning of cutting it off to fit like the originals as the lower section is in great shape.
Any thoughts?
