Here is a very nice sales manual. Pictures show the condition. From what I can tell, the index is missing the first page (i can get you a copy) and the binder cover has a small 1-1/2" tear on the inside. This is a 50+ year old book so it does have some aging, but as you can see from the pics it is in very nice condition.
