We're going to try Hulu and Netflix this week. IF the Warden can get it thru her thick head she can "find" what she wants to watch we'll get rid of Comcast and save a bit of money.

Friends of mine up in Northern New York have Spectrum as their cable provider. They say it's crap and far worse than what Comcast is. I didn't think anything could be worse than Comcast.

Hence the name, Antenna TV. I know it's available over the air in my area, but is also on Comcast channel 208. We also have MeTV on channel 209, Charge! on channel 211 (CHiPs is on right now) and Comet on channel 212.

The way things are here I don't think an antenna would do much for us. At least with Hulu and or Netflix we'll have a better variety of stations we can watch. Unlike Comcast that makes you subscribe to the better ones.... we only have Basic and internet now.... which is costing us 168 and change a month.

We're only going to try the two before we get rid of Comcast's TV part. I'd switch to Verizon if we could, but they aren't available on our street. Dare I say not allowed on our street, but everyone around us has a choice.

Spectrum is absolutely pitiful...one of these days I am going to cut the cord and just use Roku and OTA and save myself a bunch of $$.
