I just don't even know how this happens like it does. From one week, a diagnosis, to gone.
You're home now, brother-man. Free. You don't have any use in us holding you down, but we have a need for your memory. |

I am at a complete loss for words to express the feelings I have right now. I think of Mike as one of the best friends I never met. God be with his family.

So Sad! I never got to meet Mike in person, but I did talk with him on the chat here and on the phone. You felt like you knew him all your life. A great guy. Everyone liked him! Thoughts and prayers to the family and friends he leaves behind.

No words can say how I feel. This is so sad it just boggles my mind. You did good and will be missed by many. Get Pontiac Heaven ready for the rest of us, as we'll eventually end up seeing you up there someday.
My condolences to Chris and the family. We're thinking you guys too. As a side note.... You were more appreciated than you'll ever know. God Bless you. RIP Mike.

Prayers for his family. I never knew him or spoke with him but sounds like he was a great guy and a big positive for the Pontiac hobby.

The last time Mike came to see me, he drove the '65 Cat down. He showed up around 5:30... a weekday night. We got talking, he said, "I'll only be here an hour or so..." I had to get up for work at 4:30 AM, he and I reluctantly parted at 11 PM.
I'm so glad Sharon (my wife) and I went up there last night to see him. The sign on the back door said he wasn't up for visitors, yet I had talked with him on the phone days before and he set the date. He said he wanted to see me.... and said, "How about a Wednesday?" I said, "That works", and then he said, "How about THIS Wednesday?" Then he mentioned something about he didn't want to wait, as he wasn't sure he'd be up for any company by the next Wednesday. Somehow, I think he knew.... I will miss my friend. He was brash at times, but he always spoke from the heart. And he had a big one, always helping people. I'm glad he didn't suffer long... Brent |
