Default Torque converter ID

Folks, I’m tying to ID my Trans Am’s torque converter thinking I may be able to find its specs and thought someone here may have an idea. Car was restored in the late 90’s and has a TH400. The TC is a 13” but has no company name. It’s a dark blue. Two sets of numbers are on it; E 83596 and 71107 (or possibly 711-07). The color appears to me to be really close to the color used by ATS but they don’t think it’s one of theirs. The link is just to show the color. Any ideas?https://www.atsdiesel.com/ats2/produ...99&dc=2&dsc=24

Isn’t it more important to test it to determine its stall speed, then who made it?

A everyday Stock 13” GM stalls at 1800, the hipo GM LS6 converter stalls at 2200.

Dark blue could also be a B&M converter. I'm not certain you would have really seen an ATS converter in a muscle car in the 90's.

Yeah, was just looking at B&M which seems likely but I’m not finding any matching numbers and keep running into the “longer than normal” wait times on the phone.

True which would be easy enough to do if the car was running. I’m just planning ahead here and it would be nice to know what I’m working with.
