Default A prayer request for those of faith.

Currently sitting at Baptist Healthcare in Lexington, KY while my BIL, Tom Merida, is undergoing quadruple bypass surgery. Tom is not only my BIL, but also my friend. Please pray that the Almighty guides the hands of his surgeon so this good man has many more years with his children, grandchildren and family that love him.

Prayers sent for successful surgery, and healing after the procedure. Also I'll send prayers to the family of Tom, for strength during the procedure and recovery.

I had a neighbor that had the same procedure done, he lived a good life for many years after the operation, wishing the same for Tom.

Tom got out of surgery about 15 minutes ago. Six bypasses instead of four. The heart looks good; no damage from the heart attack he suffered on Sunday. The entire family is breathing easier, but he’s got a long road to full recovery. Thanks for the prayers, guys.
