73-74 Formula Fat Steering Wheel

Is the black anodizing all original too?

anodizing was cleared over from what I saw, I scuffed with different grades of paper, was able to bring some of it back and think with more time could bring it up more.
Wheel could be easily restored, but I think it's too nice as an original with no dry checking in foam. |
