I think $500 to 700 unless they are redone and ready to install. Early date code (pre judge) heads produced in 68 calendar year sell cheaper.

Have examined same late Oct dated 48's, as well as early to mid K of '68 heads on quite a few original YZ & WS engines from pattern Judges, as well as one very original March built non pattern Judge out of the Lakewood plant. It's the H of 68 dated 48's, I've always considered early, too early for RAIII use, lesser value. If your 48's are in good core shape, no rust pocks in the chambers, no other damage, then they are very desirable date range.

Ok.......I got these with a dismantled (running) engine.....about 20 years ago.......and they have been sitting on a shelf....in my DRY shop since........NOT rusty or crusty....c/w valves and springs....soI guess these really should go to a judge guy...

I also have a set of #62's....that will do the job....for my friend......

Thanks for everybodys input....
