I have one. I had it chromed....long story short, plating cracked and shop went out of business. I removed the remaining chrome and put some filler on it to sand it smooth and paint. Good project part. I hD the pointer plated and it turned out great. Will sell at a loss for $250 and shipping. Give me your email and I'll send you some pics.

You may want to talk to KRE. Two years ago a member was sell a MR1 motor assb and he gave a build sheet and one of the parts was a Pontiac/SBC Alum timing cover for $200 and a Sbc electric water pump for $130. I remember thinking that a cheap way to go ( Pontiac timing cover ‘ plate /‘inserts / electric water pump is well over $500. So I tried to contact KRE two times but they never got back to me..good luck.

GTO George uses a KRE cover on his blown car. They don’t seem to list it on the website but I’m sure they can make them. I believe it’s billet.
Back in ‘89, I made my own using a Weiand front cover and custom make adapters. Still in use today, Deathwish Racing now has it.

KRE doesnt have a source for them, neither does Spotts Performance...Its odd that it is so hard to find parts like this.
