Is there anyway of knowing if it's a GTO optioned car or just the Sport lemans. It's a white 2 door Lemans/GTO/? with the louvers on the rear windows and no trunk lid. The car is a 4 spd car, but is missing the trans. I think the engine is out of a '76. It's an XP block with 6X hds with a date of C126 (hds). The VIN decoder says it's a Sport Lemans with a 350 2 bbl. So I would think it's just a Lemans, right?
I've found 4 other of this style of car, but they are Lemans, Sport Coupe Lemans or Luxury Coupe Lemans-not GTO. Most are complete cars. I took the tilt column from a complete Sport Coupe. According to the VIN, the car is a 350 LeMans Sport Coupe. The GTO would only have the 400 4 bbl or 455.

Mine currently has a 383 in it,but a 440 will take its place.
