Repop hood scoops?
So how bad are the 68-70 repop GTO hood scoops? Our host has metal ones that are advertised to not fit so well, and some plastic ones that are better for twice the price. These will go on a Golden Star repop hood. I did buy some firebird repop scoops once and promptly sent them back due to really poor fit issues.

If your talking about the non ram air ones I'm surprised that they even repop them, there are a lot of used ones in circulation! Every ram air kit sold frees up another pair

I've received several pm's to a WTB thread so they certainly are available. I think I have a set lined up.

X2 what north said,...My Ram Air scoops('70) were cracked so I thought I'd purchase some.,....you can't just purchase some, you have to accept what's out there for sale and the only way to do that is to buy what's available.I purchased some re-pops and promptly ate the shipping costs to send them back!!,they were that bad in their fitting,so I fiberglass repaired what I had and everything worked out. What I am saying is, if you have to work out fitting problems on a new product, why not work out the problems you have on the original part if it is repairable?...anyway, I have some stock and ram air scoops if your in need!!
