Default fan through radiator

anyone ever have this happen to them i think the clutch stretched and went through it happened to me about 12 years ago now what griffin radiator done fan done clutch still tight WTF i'm hoping griffin can re-core it

Could be a bad fan clutch bearing, bad rad mounts, how close was the fan to the rad to start with??!!

clutch is still good water pump still good just a little close
