Default Appraiser in Phoenix, Arizona to hire...urgent!

Nothing like last minute stupidity from insurance companies to throw a wrench in the works. Here's the situation I was made aware of yesterday at 4 pm PST.

I’m flying out to Phoenix to get my 69 Firebird 400 today, and my insurance company wants me to get an appraisal for it, if possible before I drive it back tomorrow to So Cal!

Idiots!

Of course they made me aware of this yesterday, even though I requested a quote from them last Wednesday. My flight leaves at 12:30 pm from Long Beach, CA. in 3.5 hours so this is pretty short notice to get this done.

Does anyone know of any car appraisers who are mobile in the Phoenix/Surprise (suburb of Phoenix) area I could hire to do this on (extremely) short notice?

Looking to get this done on Wednesday morning after my mechanic inspection / statement is finished at 8 am.

I'll be in Surprise, AZ staying with a friend tonight, and hopefully driving back to So Cal tomorrow with full coverage insurance, and not just liability.

If anyone can help, email me: jim at scumbackspeakers dot com

You can also text me at three 1 oh seven 5 three four 2 ninety

Thanks very much!

There's a guy in Tuscon named Lundberg (kinda a famous guy, actually) who may be good:

Given the time frame, I wonder if it would be easier to change insurance companies...

I was just able to declare a value. For my purpose it was 13 thousand while under going work and 20 when done. That was for a 69 400 also.

Thanks for the ideas. I got John's Classic Auto Appraisers to do an online appraisal from all of my pics. John is John Cook of Barrett-Jackson, he does their consignments for the auctions.

He got the appraisal done for me the same day for $155, and I forwarded the PDF file to my insurance company.

Now I just need to get the inspection done here in So Cal to fix some minor stuff, and I go to the DMV after that.

Thanks for all the suggestions!
