Default Firewall heater holes

The previous owner added A/C to my 71 lemans sport convertible. It didn't work correctly, and I am in the process of pulling it all off and reverting back to the stock heater setup.

He cut the firewall to make room for the A/C box and I am thinking I will weld in new metal and recut the holes so everything seals up correctly.

Does anyone have a template or measurements of what the holes in the firewall should look like for the heater? I'm trying to make it look like it did before it was cut up. I've seen pictures of Chevelles firewall's with just heat, but they don't say what size the hole is. I am really hoping someone has a template or something.
