How Rare?

I'm looking at picking up a 95 T/A convert. in the exact same paint and interior sceem as the 94 25th anniversary with white paint and top and white and black leather interior 6speed. Price is $13000. How rare would this be? I have only seen this combination on the anniversary cars. Car only has 39,000 miles
