Default Oil dipstick for 1965 Pontiac 389 w/o AC

The oil dipstick in my 1965 389 is missing the grommet-like piece that fits inside the cup at the base of the handle so the stick keeps vibrating up when the car is driven. Our host does not offer an aftermarket replacement dipstick, so I was hoping someone has one for sale. Any help would be appreciated.

Default What about other GOAT Vendors ?

What about other GOAT vendors ?

i.e. AMES, OPGI, etc... ?

How ‘bout a few mini orings or a baby grommet ?

BTW...Do you have a part# and/or the length in inches, so I can look at the extra dipper I’ve in my cabinet ?

The dipstick measures about 24 inches from the base of the handle to the tip of the stick

Thanks for posting. The 1964 dipstick is different than the 1965 so it will not work....
