Default coil spring rate/options with IA2 and factory control arms

Getting ready to update the front suspension on the gto. Car has been 930s as is, but shes whooped. Already have new adjustable front shocks on the way, and i do not want tubular control arms yet, mostly because as I understand it you loose alot of travel over factory style, in addition to the $1000 expense
What are the A BODY, aftermarket block, steel fender cars running for coils? I have moroso coils and lakewood 90/10s in there now, they are about 25 years old or older. I know they are still available, and i know santuffs are about 10#s lighter than moroso, but i know a lot of guys just using replacement moogs that are hanging the wheels and having good results. thanks in advance part numbers appreciated

What shocks did you go with (if AFCO you have to open up the lower control arm for them to fit). Also, if AFCO (or a coilover-bodied shock), someone (not sure who) offers a hybrid (small diameter bottom/stock diameter top) spring that offers more extension vs a standard coilover spring.

I have 6cylinder Camaro springs in the IA/Camaro and height is correct. I had some cut 1 coil off when the iron SBC and 4 speed were in it but it was too low with the IA in it. Stock lower control arms. QA double adjustable shocks.
