Default dash panel?

I am looking for a new dash panel, instrument panel, bezel, whatever you want to call it. I was told the PY part number is RFI247A but I can not find the part, or the part number anywhere in the catlog.
Am I blind, or is it really not there? I am also trying to find the metal ground strapping that goes behind the dash. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
RFI247A is the part #. It is in the online catalog and there is a picture of it. We do not stock it and would have to order it in. It is under the following categories: Dash Face & Dash Pads and related.

Thank you for pointing me too it. Do you know how long it would take to get one once it is ordered?

It would be 2-3 weeks to get in.
