Default '69 Bonneville Relays under hood

This relay is unplugged on my car. When I plug it back in, the blower motor spins on low without the ignition key or fan switch on. Trying to find the reason why.

Looks like a bad attempt to repair the blower speed circuit for hi speed. Probably wired wrong and looks bad too. Most likely back feeding through the blower resistor to the motor
The hi blower relay is only 1 relay, not a gang of 3.
Looks like a mess.

Default Some cars had multiples

I think they were the automatic AC - whatever that was called.
Custom Aire?

The one where you adjusted to the temp you wanted instead
of setting a fan speed.

I've got a 1969 Grand Prix with that - now I gotta go look......

Both posts sound correct but it works when the key is off too which is probably why it is unplugged.
