Question 68 GTO Timing Cover fit on a 67 with no mods?

So I just purchased this timing cover from eBay for my 67 GTO, then did research on the part # AFTER the fact like an idiot and it looks like it's for a 68. Part # 9790347

Will it still fit on my 67 with a new 67 water pump?

Edit* It looks like the only different is the size and location of timing marker based on this site:

you are correct... That is the only difference... It will bolt right up and work fine. The fuel pump bolts might be a different size, but that's no biggie...

67 and 68 = 4" ... yes they are

your probably better off with the 68 timing cover ... so when you go to the 4 bolt pulley of the nice aftermarket balancers
and the newer lower pulley ... your timing mark will line up nicely ..
