Default ram air carb 7041273

I have this carburetor and wondering if it has a single or dual booster venturi ? Thanks

Restamped Q-jet.
Cadillac throttle plate.(should have a L cast at the rear mounting hole). Pontiac plates are cast with a P.
Non-7041273 cast number float bowl.
Carter? Pontiac airhorn.

Far from an original 7041273.
