2008 Solstice 5-speed in FL at $9K BIN with 78K original miles. This is a cool car and I'd love to own one of these.

Someone bought this 69 Firebird convertible and found out the rust was too much to take on; I agree. If a car needs extensive metal work, the cost of repairing it vs. buying a car in better shape sides with the better shape car. In this case, at $8500 BIN in Texas for a 69 4-speed convertible car it doesn't get much cheaper, but the rust is deep.

68 GTO convertible that's been sitting in a barn for 32 years. Looks like a really good deal IMO. $6800 BIN in NJ.

Are you kidding me? That garage looks like a paradise to restore a car. Windows are glass panel and the rocks truly rock. The parts off this car are worth the asking price IMO. That nose with the hideaways are the bomb.

View from the back. An hour and some chrome polish and I'd bet the bumper would really pop.

That 68 GTO convert sold quickly... someone got a good deal.

80 Trans AM in Florida at $5K NR. The brown interior is my least favorite.

2007 Solstice GXP. I think this car is very cool. With the price of new cars today, if you just wanted a commuter car this one is a stick and has 28K miles with a rare SEMA top... never heard of it before. $23K in Wisconsin.

The all-aluminum 2.0-liter makes 260 horsepower at 5300 rpm and 260 pound-feet of torque all the way from 2500 to 5250 rpm, using 18 psi of boost from a dual-scroll turbo, an air-to-air intercooler, a beefed-up crankshaft and connecting rods, and new pistons with cast-in oil channels to keep them cool.

That Hard top was made by a company called EGAD, long out of business. I have seen a couple installed, usually missing the headliner as they were not available for most of the time they offered them for sale.

What I find interesting is this car still has the convertible top installed in the lowered position? Why I don't know, as you have to remove the truck lid to install the EGAD top.

Nice car with, GXP, Manual Transmission. But they are a love it or hate it look.

I always tell people that complain about the luggage space in a Solstice or Sky, the cars were probably not meant for you, consider buying a minivan instead. LOL!

63 Lemans convertible in Florida at $6.5K NR. Cool car before the hurricane damage. Not sure what is salvageable.

68 Firebird in Texas at $1K with reserve and $30K BIN. This car is nowhere near worth $30K IMO. It's a cool car and needs bodywork and paint and the following was replaced per the ad "New floor New roof New quarter panels x2 New door skins x2". Prolly had a lot of rust repair and the body is dented in more than a few places. No pics of the interior and it has an LS1 with 4WDB, which is cool.

71 Firebird in Virginia at $22K with a reserve. I like the concept, but this one is a miss and is worth about $25K IMO. The blue stripes down half the hood and roof don't work. If it didn't have the blue stripe and the T/A logo on the rear wing, but kept the blue Firebird on the nose it would work IMO. Are those Ram Air exhaust manifolds?

68 Firebird 350 white/red in Nebraska with a rebuilt suspension (all the dirty hard work) for $37.9K. Nice looking 4WDB car with a dumb ass steering wheel.

And the other George (JFK junior had that magazine called George). He had a GTO (66 or 67 ragtop iirc) and had that same “look at me” feel to his photos with the car.
