67 brake light illuminated
The red brake light on my 67 GTO lights up when the car is running but the emer. brake is not engaged. Short in wiring? Thanks for any advice

The Brake Light performs two functions,
Parking Brake application Brake Failure Check your master cylinder and / or brake backing plates for hydraulic fluid loss. Recent brake work? Could be a switch problem but check your fluid levels first
