You could look at seat belt guide if tracks are attached.
Otherwise probably in most the manuals I sent you. Even Google is 5 sec. Or...the handles always come off the inner track to sit out the outer side of car at knob. |

My reply didn't make sense, trying to funny and it got lost in translation.
Yes, the outer side seat track, either side of car, is the one the adjuster lever comes off, pulls to side of car to adjust. Pass side, RH has tab on the outside and long return spring visible next to side sill, D-side is hidden under it, not matching opposite designs due to floor shape on 75-81 models. D-side. I am always grateful for the help
I think I did not explain clear All of the seat hardware is hooked up / the adjuster bars are hooked up I separated the seat backs from the seat bottoms to dye them they came out nice I will post a pic of the dye job looks great one seat bottom you pull the bar to the left for the seat to move forward and backwards. The other seat bottom you pull the bar to the right to roll the seat forward and back WHICH WAY SOULD THE DRIVERS SLIDE BAR PULL TO MOVE FORWARD AND BACKWARD TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT Hope it is more clear now THANKS for thew help and happy July 4th |

D-side. See link. Handle comes off outside rail and pulls to the left to unlock and move. (when sitting in car and looking down)
P-side. Handle comes off the outside rail and pulls to right to unlock and move. It has the long spring on the outside of the rail visible under seat. D-side does not have the spring there, is tucked between the tracks out of sight. Regardless of what seat or side, the handle comes off the outer track and pulls to the outside of the car.
